At Solar Scooters, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance ride. If your scooter doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of delivery provided it is in new, unused condition with all original packaging.

Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Scooter

Carefully pack the scooter in its original box with all chargers, tools, and manuals to ensure it is protected during transit.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the scooter's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
